The Member Benefits Page Evaluator (the "Tool") is a free utility provided by Steward to help associations evaluate their member benefits pages. This policy explains what we collect when you use the Tool, how we use it, and the choices you have. We've kept it short and plain-language on purpose.

What we collect

• Page URL. The member benefits page URL you submit so we can fetch and analyze it.
• Email details (optional). If you choose to have your report emailed, we collect the first name, email address, and association name you provide.
• Basic usage data. Standard request metadata (timestamp, IP address, user agent) that our hosting infrastructure logs for security and reliability.

How we use it

• To generate and deliver your evaluation report.
• To improve the Tool and the underlying Member Benefits Bridge framework.
• To occasionally follow up with you about your report or related Steward resources, if you opted in by submitting your email.

We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.

Page content we analyze

When you submit a URL, we fetch publicly available content from that page and pass it to an AI model to produce your evaluation. We do not attempt to access content behind a login, paywall, or any private area.

Data retention

Submitted URLs and any email details you provide are retained so we can deliver reports, support you, and understand how the Tool is used. You can ask us to delete your information at any time by emailing us at the address below.

Security

We use industry-standard hosting and database providers with encryption in transit and at rest. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to protect your information appropriately given its sensitivity.

Your choices

• You can use the Tool without providing your email — a URL is all that's required.
• You can request a copy or deletion of your information at any time.
• You can unsubscribe from any follow-up emails using the link in the email.
